Many businesses run out of an Excel spreadsheet. They're fast and easy to implement - and the next thing you know, you have 20 of them all performing a different function. Excel is great for financial calculations, and a smart operator can get a lot out of it - but it's not a database and it lacks the power and flexibility you need to manage your business.

More and more business is being done over the internet. You might have the best web development team in the world - but you may have to copy and paste information, enquiries or sales leads from your website or email into the CRM before you can track it - and sometimes, it just doesn't happen. We've connected our client's websites to their CRM system to automate gathering of sales leads that previously came in by email.

We've found businesses want to capture notes on daily activities (a standard "CRM" feature), and not only this but to also allow contacts, meetings and even emails to be shared and synchronised between Outlook and CRM.

Replace an unsupported, inflexible or internally developed CRM system
It's quite often the case that someone has written a simple (or not!) system in MS Access (or our old favourite, Excel) to manage customer and business info. We can take these systems and replace them with a more capable, flexible solution - and even keep your data.
Another common case is a commercial CRM that isn't quite flexible enough (not enough fields, or not possible to customise) - in which case we can usually replace it with something that meets your needs and preserve your data too.
Even if the person has left the business, or your CRM vendor does not offer support any more we can help you.
Relevant, realtime reporting
A common issue our clients face (before they engage us, of course) is to produce reports. If you don't have data in a structured format (like a database or CRM system) production of management reports can take a long time - especially if you need to pull data from multiple sources.
