We cover this step the old-fashioned way - A conversation with you. Usually, we'll have an initial chat over the phone - it won't be about prices or technology - it will be about your business, the problem you're trying to solve, or the opportunity that you're trying to chase.

At the end of the conversation, we'll have a reasonable idea about what it is you're trying to achieve (maybe not all of the details) - and can start to think about how we can help.
