• Automated gathering of data - Data was automatically gathered from hotel reservation systems (Hirum, Roommaster) at hotels around Australia, and then delivered to a central reporting database at head office to produce management reports.
• Telemarketing System for Wine Industry - A web based Telemarketing system for a company in the wine industry that tracks sales, stock, produces reports of sales and integrated with a Voice Over IP (VOIP) phone system to reduce call costs.
